Reservation Policy

Library Media Center space, technology, and instruction are available to all building faculty and staff members. We ask that you follow our reservation policy to allow for a streamlined and organized process.

STEP 1:

On the main menu of our website, choose the campus for your reservation (Memorial HS or Senior HS).

STEP 2:

Click the Calendar link to access our Google calendar. This calendar will display any current reservations and events related to the Libraries. By checking the calendar, you can determine the availability of technology, space, and instruction for the dates you desire.

STEP 3:

Click the Staff Request Form link to access our Google form to see what options are available to you. Options may change and availability may change depending upon events or other circumstances.

STEP 4:

Fill out the Staff Request Form to request space, equipment, technology, and instruction. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation has been added to the calendar. Please make sure to check the calendar first to determine if what you need is available!

**If you do not receive an email within one week of submitting your request, please contact LMC staff.**

**If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please let LMC staff know as soon as possible.**
